By accessing or using the OnayApp application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
OnayApp provides virtual phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. Our platform allows users to receive one-time verification codes from various online services through temporary or rented phone numbers.
The service operates on a coin-based system where users purchase coins and spend them to acquire virtual numbers. Number availability, pricing, and supported services may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of OnayApp, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use virtual numbers for fraudulent activities, identity theft, harassment, or any illegal purpose.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your account with others.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operation.
- Provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms when using our numbers for verification.
4. Payment Terms
OnayApp uses an in-app coin system for transactions. Coins are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using their respective in-app purchase mechanisms.
- All coin purchases are processed through the platform's official payment channels (App Store / Google Play).
- Coin prices are displayed before purchase and may be subject to change.
- Refunds for unused coins are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
- Coins spent on number requests are non-refundable once a number has been successfully assigned, unless the service fails to deliver an SMS within the allotted time.
- Automatic refunds are issued when a number expires without receiving the expected SMS.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the OnayApp platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our service without prior written consent.
The OnayApp name, logo, and associated branding are our trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
OnayApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- We are not responsible for the actions of third-party SMS providers or the availability of specific phone numbers.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for coins in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm the platform or other users.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will be immediately revoked.
- Any remaining coin balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these terms.
- Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
You may also choose to delete your account at any time through the application settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
